We will gladly accept back any product in its original packing within 3 days of you receiving your product if you are not happy with the product for any reason. You will just need to inform us within 24 hours of delivery of the product.

•The returned product should be in the original packaging, unused condition and in the same condition as you received the product

• Exchange will only be provided once, meaning you cannot exchange an already exchange product again.
You can place a return request by following these simple steps below:
Step 1: Go to your My account click on ORDER HISTORY than CLICK VIEW option of that order. Please check option reorder or return.
Step 2: Fill the return form, Select a Reason for Return and add additional remarks (if applicable) then email us a picture of the damaged product within 3 days else the case will be closed.
Step 3: Submit the Return Request.
Step 4: We pick up the parcel within 2 days.
Step 5: Hand over the product in original packaging to the Return Pickup boy.
Step 6: Once we receive the package, we will inspect the product as per the return request.
•Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by team after they are received at our facility. Your money will be credited back to your credits wallet, once the product passes the return inspection.
